Eskent offers professional cutter resharpening and teeth regeneration services to help customers reuse their tools and reduce machining costs. After usage, cutters can be sent back to us for precision resharpening and restoration, allowing them to be reused up to 3–4 times depending on tool condition.
Our services include teeth regeneration with OD correction as well as teeth resharpening only, based on the cutter's wear and requirement. Pricing is determined by the outer diameter (OD) and thickness of the cutters.
We also provide carbide cutter resharpening, supporting customers who require professional regrinding services for carbide tools. This ensures improved tool life, consistent cutting performance, and cost savings compared to purchasing new cutters.
