HSS Slitting Saws

At ESKENT, we manufacture high-precision HSS Slitting Saws designed for accurate and consistent cutting operations across a wide range of industrial applications. Our slitting cutters are produced using high-quality HSS and M35 tool steel, ensuring excellent wear resistance, sharp cutting performance, and long service life.

Our slitting saws are available in outer diameters ranging from 10 mm to 315 mm, making them suitable for both light-duty and heavy-duty machining requirements. Each cutter is manufactured in compliance with ISO 2296:2018, as well as relevant IS and DIN standards, ensuring dimensional accuracy and dependable performance in demanding environments.

ESKENT slitting saws are engineered with high tooth density, offering configurations of up to 200 teeth on a 20 mm diameter cutter. This allows for smoother cuts, reduced vibration, and superior surface finish. We maintain strict quality control during manufacturing to achieve micron-level precision, with tolerances controlled up to 5 microns on one side.

All slitting saws are supplied in uncoated, ground-finish condition, making them ideal for applications where sharpness and dimensional accuracy are critical. Based on application needs, we also manufacture staggered tooth and fine tooth variants to suit different material types and cutting conditions.
